Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Fern Arts Center is an arts centre in Hartford with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
