Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Hartford area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
