Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Quill Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Hartford. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
