Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Hartford, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 439 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
