Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Iron Property Management and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
