Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
