Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Clear Arts Center is an arts centre in Fresno with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
