Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Vale Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
