Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Civic Services Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
