Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fresno, CA)

Bright Corner Property Management is a Fresno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
