Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fresno, CA)

Nova Iron Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
