Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Summit Property Management manages apartment communities around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
