Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Clear Facilities is a facilities company in El Paso with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
