Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Granite Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
