Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
