Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Detroit with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
