Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Detroit. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
