Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Detroit, MI)

Nova Harbor Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Detroit. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
