Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Detroit area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
