Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Des Moines, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
