Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Lakeside Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Des Moines area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
