Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Des Moines. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
