Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Nest Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
