Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Basin Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
