Summit Bright Housing Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
