Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
