Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Denver, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
