Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Ridge Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Denver, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
