Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Denver, CO)

Nova Iron Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
