Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
