Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
