Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Umber Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
