Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Yarrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
