Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
