Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
