Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Juniper Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Dallas area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
