Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Cross Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
