Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Oak Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
