Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
