Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Columbus, OH)

Nova Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Columbus area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
