Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Columbus area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
