Silverline Amber Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
