Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
