Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Granite Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
