Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
