Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 971 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
