Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Basin Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Cleveland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
