Summit Union Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
