Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
