Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
